When the bi-centennial of the United States was being planned for 1976, a group of dedicated historians in the Town of Neversink met to plan a book dedicated to the history of their town. When this book was published it was titled "Time and the Valleys."
In 2008 a new library is scheduled to open in Grahamsville and space has been secured for a history museum to continue the work of these dedicated people.
It will be named Time and the Valleys Museum.
