In person and virtual — Focusing on preserving the legacy of Dr. Frederick Cook’s outstanding accomplishments, Carol Smith, Director of the Frederick Cook Society will give an illustrated talk on photographs taken by Dr. Cook on his expeditions between 1897 and 1908. The collection includes Arctic and Antarctic wilderness, exploration ships and portraits of the native Inuit.
The dinner includes Murray’s Chicken, BBQ’d to perfection by the Neversink Fire Department. Delicious sides of baked beans, potato salad, coleslaw, and split top roll. Ice cream from Gillette Creamery.
