[Grahamsville, N.Y.] – Return of the Eagle is a presentation by local historian Tom Riley being held at the Time and the Valleys Museum on St. Rt. 55 in Grahamsville, Sullivan County on Sunday, March 4th at 2 p.m. The program traces the history of the American Eagle and other raptors from their near extinction in the 1960s as a result of the devastating effects of DDT and other chemicals, to today when eagles can be found in almost every state.
The program is free for Museum Members and $3 for non members, and includes admission to the Museum and light refreshments.
